Scalloped Potatoes

Thinly sliced Yukon Gold potatoes layered with garlic cream, Gruyère and fresh thyme.

Serves: 8 to 10

Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover and heat for 20 minutes. Remove the cover and continue heating for 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
