Saffron Rice

Fragrant saffron basmati rice infused with toasted mustard and cumin seeds, with a hint of cinnamon.

Serves: 8 to 10
Pan size: Half-size foil pan
Quantity / weight: 2000 grams

Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Add 150 mL of water, cover and heat for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, stir and check the temperature. Return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until heated through.
