Pulled Pork

Premium Ontario pork shoulder, slow-cooked for 12 hours until tender and infused with Chinese five-spice, roasted garlic and orange.

Serves: 8 to 10
Pan size: Half-size foil pan
Quantity / weight: 2200 grams

Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover and heat for 20 minutes. Remove the cover, stir and continue heating as needed until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
