Meatballs

House-made meatballs prepared with caramelized onions, roasted eggplant, Asiago, herbs and spices, served in Dags & Willow’s signature pomodoro sauce.

Serves: 8 to 10
Pan size: Half-size foil pan
Quantity / weight: 20 meatballs with sauce

Heating instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F. Cover and heat for 20 minutes. Check the internal temperature of a meatball with a food thermometer and continue heating as needed until it reaches 165°F.
