Golden Beet Salad – Hearts of Palm, Diakon, Dried Cranberries
Lentil Pepper Salad – Dupuis Lentils, Sweet Peppers, Olives, Feta
Green Beans – Red Peppers, Toasted Almonds, Lemon
Mediterranean Kale Salad – Sundried Tomato, Asiago, Kohlrabi, sunflower seeds
Caesar Salad –- Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, Croutons
Oven Roasted Whole New Potatoes – Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Parsley
Saffron Spiced Rice Pilaf
Choose any 1 main for each person:
Sesame Seared Salmon, Maple Ginger Glaze
Chicken Coq-au-Vin – Simmered Boneless Breasts, Red Wine, Mushrooms
Mustard Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin, Florentine Aioli*
(*Tenderloin comes seared and sliced, ready-to-serve at room temperature)
NOTE: As long as you keep your chosen salads/sides the same for your group, you can order a variety of mains depending on what your guests want. Example: you can order 2 salmon and 2 tenderloin with your sides for 4 people and will be charged accordingly by the protein prices below.

White wine: Janare 2019 Falanghina del Sannio - Fresh and rounded, this mineral-driven white has an incredibly balanced mouthfeel and beautiful length in the finish. $23.95 each
Red wine: PRA 2018 Morandina Valpolicella - sharp spice and berries on the nose. Good acidity and freshness on the palate, along with persistent tannins that bring harmony to the wine. Notes of black pepper and ripe currants abound: $35.95 each
