Buffet Style

Notes on catering:

Leafy salads come in components for you to toss together.

Marinated salads come in plastic deli containers, ready to be transferred into your bowls.

Sides and mains intended to be heated come in foil pans with reheating instructions.

We do not provide chefs or staffing.

If you need rentals, we suggest you contact Happenings in Collingwood.

1 main plus two sides/salads of your choosing: $23.95/person

1 main plus three sides/salads of your choosing: $28.75/person

1 main plus four sides/salads of your choosing: $33.50/person

2 mains plus two sides/salads of your choosing: $31.25/person

2 mains plus three sides/salads of your choosing: $35.95/person

2 mains plus four sides/salads of your choosing: $37.95/person

Additional main course options

If you choose one of these instead of those listed above, the price will be adjusted as noted:

  • Mustard Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin, Florentine Aioli

    • Add $12.50 to each per person price (8oz per portion)

    • This comes seared and sliced on a black plastic catering tray, ready to serve at room temperature. (Not to be heated)

  • Baby Back Ribs Brushed with Our Smoked Orange BBQ Sauce

    • Add $3.50 per person (each portion is a half rack)

  • Pasta options, take off $1.50 per person:

    • Mediterranean Pasta - Sundried Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Olives, Feta

    • Fussili Pasta in a Gorgonzola Cream Sauce – Mushroom, Sherry

    • Baked Cannelloni – Ricotta, Spinach, Pecorino Romano

    • Homemade Meatballs, Spicy Arrabbiata Sauce and Penne

  • Veggie main courses, take of $1.50 per person
