The store’s owners, Kelly Siskind and Steven Epstein began their endeavor by selling artisanal cheeses at the local Collingwood Farmer’s Market during the summer of 2005, and they haven’t looked back since. With their love of food and drive for excellence, they have turned Dags & Willow into the success that it is today. Over the years the store has evolved, and now offers a range of products and services including fresh and frozen prepared foods, fresh breads and bagels, giftware, gift baskets, a host of gourmet packaged goods and, of course, an astonishing selection of cheeses. Dags & Willow has also developed a thriving wholesale business, distributing both cheese and foodservice products to local restaurants and other Ontario cheese shops.
