Cheese Tastings

Cheese tastings are one of the unique services offered by Dags & Willow. This sort of event can be part of an intimate and fun dinner party, or a larger educational experience for select groups.

Through the tasting, we will discuss what to look for in the taste, texture and visual appearance of
cheeses, as well as learn about the particular history of each cheese. Tastings take approximately one hour and everyone involved receives a handout outlining the information discussed during the evening. Also, wine pairings can be made to accompany the cheeses for the evening.
